We are the largest supplier of fabricated and machined components for M/s. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Hyderabad for their products such as Gas Turbine Casings, Gas Turbine Base Frames, Exhaust Hoods, Booster Pumps, Stator Frames, Accessory Gear Box, Load Gear Box Casing Assemblies, Cooling water Pump items, Deaerators etc. We have also manufactured Nuclear Reactor Shields for M/s. Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited for their Kaiga 1 & 2 project, weighing about 220 MT.

Further we have also manufactured Nacelle Frames for 0.5 MW & 1 MW windmills for M/s. Windia Power Limited under technical collaboration with M/s. NEDWIND, Netherlands.

We are regularly supplying machined sugar mill Headstocks for M/s. Walchandnagar Industries, Pune, M/s. Krupp Industries, Pune, M/s. National Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited, Talegaon, Pune, for their sugar mills. Also we are regularly manufacturing sugar mill Hydraulic Drive components such as Torque Arms & Hub Assemblies for M/s. L&T Komatsu Limited, Bangalore.

We regularly manufacture and supply heavy equipment for cement mills such as Kiln Shells, Roller Presses, Torque Supports, Thrust Rollers, Pinion Bearing Assemblies, Drive Shafts, Cement Mill Connecting Flanges etc. For fertiliser / mineral plants we regularly supply Dryer Shells, Trunion Bearing Housings, Components of Stacker Reclaimers such as Under Carriage, Slew Base and Bucket Wheels. The above equipments are supplied to our customers M/s. Humboldt Wedag India Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi and M/s. FFE Minerals India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai for their various projects.

Further we have also completely overhauled Vertical Raw Mill Gear Box –TACKE make for M/s. Cement Corporation of India, Tandur. Scope of work included complete dismantling of the gearbox, replacing worn out gears, shafts, and bearings and conducting trial run, and loading & unloading of the gearbox (Approximate weight of Gear Box: 110 MT).

We have manufactured & supplied Tilting Fixtures, Lifting Tackles (up to 80 T capacity) for Chief Construction Engineer (R&D), Defence Research & Development Organisation for their project at Jagdalpur. The above Tilting
Fixtures are being used to tilt Ø 2 mtr. Cylindrical Shells weighing from 20 T to 80 T from Horizontal position to Vertical position.

We regularly manufacture and supply equipment / components for Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR, Sriharikota for their satellite launch vehicles. Our recent supplies include Short Back Fire Telecommand Antenna, PSLV 5 Assembly Fixture, S-200 Test Stand System used for ground testing of S-200 motor of GSLV MK-III project.

We have supplied Superstructures for 140 T Diesel Hydraulic Breakdown Crane (GOTTWALD - German) design to Eastern Railways. We also undertake rehabilitation of Co-Co Bogie Frames of WAM-5 and WAG-6 diesel locomotives for Indian Railways.
